Paycom transforms HR and payroll

“Paycom is well-suited for handling any payroll. I feel so confident that it’s going to be done correctly every time. We have multiple tax reporting and have never had a problem. The reports have helped tremendously with different audits, and the compliance is top-notch.”

“Paycom is EXTREMELY user-friendly and has taken so much tedious work off my plate as an HR manager! Before Paycom, I had 7 different systems that I would bounce between which housed various types of employee data, and to be able to have all of that, and MORE, in one system has been amazing! In addition, the employee visibility/ownership has been a huge positive shift and they are happier to have the ability to do so many things at their fingertips. I would have to say my favorite Paycom feature is Approve My Check. This has eliminated ALL human error with payroll!”

“I think Paycom is the best technology on the market. The functionality of the system and the fact that it is a single unit, not stacked together, truly made a difference.”
